interested in The UAV/UAS Emergency Management Certificate Program

Intention to operate a small class of 10 students related to UAV/UAS Emergency Management in lower Manhattan.

I am implementing an Instructor-Led  UAV/UAS and Emergency Management program in lower Manhattan.
The UAV/UAS Emergency Management training will focus on three different groups of students.

Group 1 14-16 years old
Group 2 17-18 years old
Group 3 Adults

Each group will focus on attaining the FAA Remote pilot certification Part 107 in a classroom setting.

Each group will be introduced to and assigned a class exercise related to FAA Dronezone and Lance.

Each group must be ICS and NIMS compliant using FEMA ICS courses online to receive a certification.

Each group, through blocks of instruction and hands-on how to maintain, repair, and build a UAV

Each group, through a block of instruction and labs, will attend a GIS introduction course to become familiar with creating a base map.

Each group, through hands-on exercise, will first learn to navigate a UAV simulator, demonstrating control of the UAV.

Each group, after successfully demonstrating navigating control, will conduct field training in a designated field design for UAV training.

Each group must complete the NIST UAV course before graduating from the certificate program.

On completion, the student will understand Emergency Management concepts and how UAV/UAS will help with migration, preparedness, and recovery related to the disaster.

On completion, students will be eligible for entries level positions and to become UAV/UAS consultants.
